Description
Are you responsible for fielding an effective team? Do you need to frame feedback to achieve results? This workshop is ideal for any manager, trainer, or supervisor who is responsible for
teaching employee skills and providing ongoing coaching and support. While the focus is on “soft”
skills training, such as interviewing, customer service, selling, making presentations, and
supervising, you will be able to apply what you learn in class to other skills training.
